While new corporate staff members must complete a three-month introductory period before becoming eligible for benefits, employees on assignment in the field are immediately eligible.

The company also offers employees the chance to enroll in a group supplemental health program. This program, while not meant to take the place of a traditional health care program, provides some financial support by helping with deductibles and other expenses not generally covered in traditional policies.
